My freshman year, I joined Innovation because I wanted to be a part of a group of students who were passionate about enabling, resuscitating and fueling an excitement for science -- and ever since then, it has been an extraordinary experience. I'm also a writer for the Prince, a board member for the Student Health Advisory Board and a dancer in the Latin dance company on campus. I dabble in the fine art of ukulele-ing (although not well, mind you), and my guilty pleasures are witty book dedications, watching any drama written by Shonda Rhimes and subscribing to prestigious magazines that I'll really never use (what can I say, I like the illusion that I'll get around to them someday).
